Princes and Princesses

On the above painting (Oil on canvas; 120 x 120 x 4 cm), you will recognize the children of the sovereigns of Belgium. This is the moment of departure of Elisabeth, the princess of Belgium, to the WC Atlantic College (Wales)  in August 2018. She leaves her brothers Gabriel and Emmanuel and her sister Eleonore. 

This painting, made at the end of 2020, belongs to her Majesty the Queen of Belgium.

Portrait of King Philip of Belgium 

I had the great honour of doing the portrait of the royal children and of King Philip of Belgium ( a para-commando portrait of his youth, done to mark the 10th anniversary of his reign). 

These portraits form part of the King's private collection at his castle in Laeken.
